today napfa went better than expected.heres the raw score and my points.

Sit Ups:45(A)
Chin Ups:7(B)
Standing Broad Jump:221 cm(C)
Shuttle Run:10.4 s(C)
2.4 km Run:12.28 mins(C)
satisfied with all except for both runs.deproved by 0.2 s for shuttle and 2 mins for 2.4.FIRST GOLD!i got stuck at silver for 2 years liao(Sec 2 and 3).P 1-Sec 1 bronze.ah well,good improvement.most happy with standing broad jump.inproved 13 cm.and to top it off,i never even train for my fitness.-.-'but i'm gonna start training for next year.during recess and before napfa i saw some people whom i do not wish to see.people tell me coz i dun like her now thats y i can walk past her.i say its coz i dun like her so i CAN'T walk past her.fairy tale endings are a thing of the past.i knew that going in.so guys,if u wan,u are welcome to jio her.coz i seriously dun care abt her anymore.and yes kangkiat,this line is dedicated to u.see,i such a nice guy.i appreciate all that u have done and i wan to thank u for trying to "help" me and others.although it didn't work out,i appreciate the thought.thanks a lot bro.and by the way,u know who i =-=-= rite?i was serious when i meant it in class.and how u know ar?u guessed ar?i think my recurring dream has something to do with it.i'm not sure.but i know my recurring dream VERY WELL.if i have it again tonight,i will tell u abt it tml during class.not bad quite smart ar.a change from ur usual self.hehe.and speedy recovery.dun dream about eb so much.later u nosebleed also!HAHA!
